Win or lose in court the McCloskey’s suffer. They lose time, they spend money….a LOT of money in legal fees and they endure enormous stress. If they lose they also face fines and incarceration. If they win….which is very probable they will STILL HAVE LOST. Because the Prosecutor and the system pays NOTHING and suffers ZERO consequences. NEVER FORGET THAT REALITY. The Process Is The Punishment! It’s designed that way deliberately.
