  1. Real estate market is booming in Montana. We’re looking to buy some land for after retirement, when we’re no longer bound to Missoula by the magic call radius line. Everything is at pie in the sky prices, and folks (I don’t blame them-sell for what you can sell for) are trying to cash in from out of state buyers.
    Sadly, we meet out of staters from everywhere who naively move in and are dismayed at certain things. “Oh, we just HAD to get out of California. It’s such a TRAIN WRECK! We LOVE it here, except the Starbucks is SO FAR away, and there are SO MANY guns, and ew REPUBLICANS!” (which more and more I agree with, albeit for different reasons.) Then of course there’s always, ALWAYS, the “It’s so…white here. I would feel better if it were more diverse.”
    Okay so funny story. A friend moved to a really nice little town in Michigan. I was out there on business and went to see her and her husband. As we were having dinner on the patio of a really nice restaurant, they talked about how nice, clean, and friendly this town was. Then got a little uncomfortable and said “But it’s so….white.” Couldn’t help laughing and said that the two things were connected. Right on cue, we hear a really loud “Ayo suck muh DICK!” as three joggers came jogging up on their bikes. To his credit, the oldest one said “Nigguh don b sayin’ dat sheeyit!” Which was, of course, met by the reply of “SUCK MUH DICK!” even louder.

        1. You gotta excuse Gringa. S/he just took off the training wheels. And while everyone is supposed to immediately understand his/her unintelligible diatribes, simple references to recent occurrences (e.g., joggers) goes over his/her head.

    4. Land prices are rising all over America. It’s the rightful fear of inflation and monetary debasement that’s driving it. A year from now prices will be in freefall. Americans will be selling anything they can………..land, motorcycles, boats, cars, artwork, sports memorabilia, you name it…………….just to put food on the table. Hard times are comin’. I’ve been prepping since 1999. And the whole time, I was hoping it was just going to be a waste of time and money. Ain’t that a bitch.

      True dat. The only other pic that is shown more would be the mixed-race family pic. No, I don’t get caught up in eugenics all that much, but the propaganda (((they))) keep shoving down our throats is beyond pale.

  5. Class envy is the mother’s milk of any “revolutionary”. Being raised around “Democrats” I always used to hear the mantra: THE RICH GET RICHER AND THE POOR GET POORER. That was inculcated into the Amerikan psyche during the regime of Frank the Cripple. He had a lot of assistance from the Reds in (((Hollywood))).
    My parents were the only Republicans in our whole family group. They taught my brother and me the value of hard work and thrift and that nobody owes you anything. These values were reinforced by the nuns in Catholic grade school. Things changed during the 1960’s and it has been a culture of greed, envy, materialism, sexual deviancy, and cultural disintegration ever since.
    The Plutocrat-Oligarch-Kakistocracy will not be altered until the economy collapses. When these rich folks have no more business income, then they will be culled by the mob as they are running for their lives. Their McMansions will not be safe havens. I suspect they realize this is a possibility. A lot of them have dual citizenship and hideouts abroad. We are living in troubled times and these times will not go away quickly. Bleib ubrig.

  6. I defy anyone to read this entire article and not turn into a rabid enthusiast for violent revolution

    I’m so old I remember when anyone who said anything like this was accused by “our” side of being a Communist and fomenting class envy. Or something like that. Insert something here about “earned it”, “worked hard”, “job creators”, etc.

    Why shouldn’t the rich own 2 or 3 or however many homes they want? The more inequality, the better, right? The Miracle of Capitalism ™ will make more desirable real estate for those motivated to work hard enough for it.

    Either a lot of conservatives and libertarians – however you want to define those terms – are coming to realize that much of what they’ve been led to believe is wrong *, and are following Ayn Rand’s advice about contradictions and checking premises. **

    Or, more likely, their Michael Scott levels of lack of self awareness are simply off the chart. Because “Man is not a rational animal; he is a rationalizing animal” (Robert Heinlein).

    * This does not mean that the liberals and progressives – however you want to define those terms – are right. Not by a long shot.

  7. I don’t want a revolution but I strongly suspect one is just around the corner. I also got the distinct impression that all the well to do who moved out of the “CITY” to there second homes have not a clue as to what is about to transpire in this country. I doubt most of them last even a month when this goes kinetic. Most will become grist for the mill.

    1. Ya, same after 9 11. Land grab outside NYC. The second winter chased most of them back to the city. The local tradition in my AO includes mag dumps on weekends to remind the tourists where they really are.
      I have three places and will get more . Taking turf is a natural instinct. Don’t fight the instinct or the commies and gooks will take it instead.

  8. I’m trying to understand why they don’t see that ISLAND as a great place for robbing/raping/razing, instead of a little refuge from the coming storm. They don’t look armed or capable, and they talk like people totally unaware of the danger less than ten miles away. And when it starts happening to their neighbors, it would almost be comical to see them trying to leave the island. The blacks will have quite a time living it up there after they take possession.

Assuming TEOTWAWKI and WROL, six months later 98% of the Africans-in-America will have starved to death, as evolution has rendered them incapable of surviving in areas without abundant low-hanging fruit, in which it is insufficiently warm to sleep outdoors on the ground year-round, without vast quantities of gibsmedats from the Great White Father in Washington, whether or not they manage to expropriate some vacation cottages formerly belonging to soyboys unwilling to defend themselves, their families, or their property. And that’s assuming they don’t manage to annoy the people of neighboring areas enough to get them to remember there’s no longer an FBI to come down on them if they head on down to the island and set things to rights.
